Bloomington PTSA Council

 

The Bloomington PTSA Council is made up of parents from Bloomington's 15 schools and the Early Childhood Parent Advisory Center, school administrators and teachers, school board members and other special interest groups.  It is one of only three such councils in the state. This group meets monthly to discuss topics relating to the school and community.  It assists in the training of local PTA board members, hosts a meet-and-greet with local legislators and holds a Parent Academy on trending issues at least once each year.  It also hosts the annual Bloomington Public Schools Food Drive to benefit VEAP.
